Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or promotional events, but our team always strives to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times and Delivery

Truvico ships to most countries worldwide. Standard delivery typically takes between 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment.
Most orders arrive within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location and local courier service.

During the holiday season, there may be slight delays in transit times due to high shipping volumes or customs clearance. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we appreciate your patience and understanding if your order takes a few extra days to arrive.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.
If you have not received tracking information within five business days of placing your order, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Shipping Costs

We are proud to offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Any expedited or special delivery requests may incur an additional charge, which will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Customs and Import Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they reach your country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details before placing an order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us at help@truvico.store. Our logistics team will investigate the issue promptly and work with the carrier to resolve it.
Truvico is not responsible for delays caused by customs, natural events, or postal service disruptions outside of our control.
