At Truvico, we take pride in providing premium-quality lighting products and exceptional customer care. Each order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment. However, we understand that situations may arise where a return or refund is necessary. This policy outlines our process and conditions for handling such requests.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse

Products customized, modified, or installed

Clearance, sale, or promotional items
If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at help@truvico.store with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product (if applicable). Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning your item.
Once your return is approved, we will send you the appropriate return address. Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Truvico is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos of the damage or issue, along with your order number. After verification, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost or offer a refund if a replacement is unavailable.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refunds may be denied if:

The product shows signs of use or damage not caused by shipping

The return was made without prior authorization

The item does not meet our eligibility criteria
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, processing begins and cancellation is no longer guaranteed. Please reach out to help@truvico.store as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or model, please return your original item (if eligible) for a refund and place a new order separately.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or credit card company.
